Issue
I cannot connect to GitHub and add an issue. Sentry is connected, but the Sentry dashboard says it is not installed.

Resolution
To resolve this issue, follow the steps:
Uninstall the Sentry integration within GitHub:
Go to your GitHub Settings Page, and select Applications on the left-hand side (https://github.com/settings/installations)
Find the Sentry integration in your "Installed Github Apps".
Select Configure
Scroll down and select Uninstall
Reinstall the Sentry integration from Sentry:
Log in to your Sentry account.
Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
Select the GitHub integration and follow the installation steps.
