Issue
I followed the steps to transfer my projects to another organization and now I don't see them in either organizations.

While projects transfer, teams do not, which means that you may not see your projects in the Projects Tab or in the Projects Filter.
To ensure transferred projects appear in the projects dashboard, link a team to each project. Follow these steps:
Navigate to the project settings. Organization's Settings (left side bar) > Projects > [ProjectName] > Project Teams
Add a team to the project
Check the projects dashboard to confirm the project is visible.
