I need to transfer the organization's membership to another user. How do I do it?

As the current Owner of the org, you have the permission to invite new users as Owners, or change users' roles.
If the user to whom you want to transfer the Ownership is already a member, you can go to Organization Settings -> Members, select the user from the list, and change its role to "Owner.
If the user is not yet a member, please send them an invitation from the Members page to join the organization as an Owner. You can refer to our article How do I add members to my organization?
They will need to check their email and follow the flow to join the org. For paid plans, we recommend having more than one Owner, just in case one of the owners is unavailable.
The owner can then remove the previous owner from the organization or change its role to non-owner.
In case you do not have access to the current owner's account, please contact our support team and provide one of the following proofs of ownership:
the last 4-digits of the credit card on file & the card expiry date,
or a copy of a recent invoice.
