I would like to switch to an Annual Contract, how can I make the change?

We are currently paying a monthly subscription and would like to switch to paying annually.

Resolution

You can switch to an annual plan by going to Settings > Subscription > Manage Plan. In the checkout flow, scroll down until you see "Pay monthly or yearly, your choice" and select yearly. From there, continue to confirm and pay.

Please note that our system processes upgrades immediately and downgrades at the end of billing cycles or contract terms.

When a user switches from a monthly to an annual subscription for the same plan, the system immediately charges the annual amount on the day of the switch, but the billing period is backdated to the start of the current monthly billing cycle. For example, if a user is on the Business Monthly plan at $89/month with a billing period from March 4 to April 4, and they switch to the annual Business plan on March 20, they will be charged $1,068 ($89 × 12) – $89 on March 20. Their new annual billing cycle will be set from March 4, 2024, to March 4, 2025.

⚠️ Note: This only applies when switching between the same plan tier.
