How to Upgrade a Legacy Plan to Include Logs?

Issue

You are a current Sentry customer and would like to use Logs, but you do not see a "Logs" quota included in your current subscription. This most likely mean you are on our older, legacy plans.

Applies To

  • Sentry customers on legacy plans that don't include Logs.

The process to transition your account to a plan that includes Logs is multi-step and requires careful timing.
