How can we get our Sentry org back after deleting it in Heroku?

If an organization's subscription is created from Heroku as a partner org and it's deleted in the Heroku app, it will delete the Sentry org as well.

There is no migration path to Sentry billing from Heroku partner organizations, you will need to recreate your Sentry organization from scratch.
