When adding new members I'm getting the error message: "You have reached your 20-member limit. Upgrade to invite more members."

During our Business trial your organisation is limited to 20 members.

To add more users, billing or owner members will need to upgrade and subscribe to a paid plan by going to Settings > Subscription > Manage Plan and select the plan that best fits your needs.

Our paid plans don't have a limit on member capacity. If the owner of the organization is unavailable to perform the upgrade, you can transfer the Owner role to another member. This new owner can then proceed with upgrading the plan, enabling the addition of more members. For more details, refer to the Sentry documentation on transferring ownership.
