I just signed up for Sentry, why is my account on a Business plan trial?

All new Sentry organizations start on a free 14-day trial. This trial includes all features from Sentry’s Business plan at no cost, with a generous event limit across all data categories.

You will not be billed at the end of this trial.

Adding a credit card and subscribing to a paid plan will cause the trial to end immediately.

It’s not possible to end the trial through the UI. If you’d like to end the trial early, please reach out to our support team here.

Note: The trial features a few limitations - SAML is not available and total number of users is capped at 20.
