I see a receipt that has "CLOSED" as the status, what does it mean?

Issue

I was looking through my receipts, and I see one that is closed and I don't understand why.

Resolution

Our system attempts to retry a charge 3 times after the initial payment doesn’t go through. If the 3rd retry attempt fails, our system automatically downgrades you to the free developer plan. When this happens, the receipt in question will be closed and we ignore the charge going forward.
