I updated my card but I still see the update payment method banner, why?

Issue

After a failed payment attempt I updated my credit card information, but I still see the Action Required banner on top:

Applies To

  • All customers

  • Members with Owner/Billing role

Resolution

Our system will retry the charge at these intervals:

  • 3rd day after the initial charge

  • 8th day after the initial charge

  • 15th day after the initial charge

If you would like to manually reprocess a charge yourself you can do so by visiting your most recent invoice in your account by selecting your Organisation name in the upper left -> Usage & Billing -> Receipts, where you will find a 'Pay Now' button on the outstanding invoice.

Once the charge successfully goes through, the banner will be gone.
