What do I do if my organization was downgraded to the free plan after failed charge attempts?

Issue

We missed this month's payment and now our Organization was moved to the (free) Developer Plan. What do we do now?

Resolution

Our system attempts to retry a charge 3 times after the initial payment doesn’t go through. If the 3rd retry attempt fails, our system automatically downgrades you to the free developer plan and we ignore the failed charge moving forward. The next steps for you would be to simply subscribe to the plan of your choosing again.
