How often can we gift organisations needing a goodwill gesture?

We cannot reset their quota or their billing cycle, but we can help them out and gift orgs once per every 12 months. (We do not disclose this. It's meant to be a guideline internally.)

First: Issue needs to be fixed

We first want to make sure that the org has fixed their issue so that the gifted events aren't immediately consumed.
