Who receives billing related emails?

Does every member of my Organization receive billing emails?

  • Email/Notifications

Resolution

Users who hold Organization Owner or Billing membership will receive billing related emails (like receipts) as well as anyone listed as “Billing Email” on the Billing Details page.

To get to the Billing Details page, go to Usage & Billing > Subscription > (Edit) Billing Information.

It is possible for Owner or billing members to configure spend notifications in their User Settings.
