If the owner of the org is still active in the org:
They can self-serve this following the steps outlined here: How can I transfer my organization Ownership to another user?
If the owner is not active:
In order to transfer the ownership of your organization, we ask that you write in to support with either:
the last 4-digits of the credit card on file & the card expiry date,
ORa copy of a recent invoice.
